I hope you are all doing well as we transition from fall into winter! I just wanted to send out a quick email to remind you about our practice transition in 2024. We will be leaving insurance completely starting 1/1/2024 and partnering directly with patients for care in our office.
–> You can read more about the transition and your options here.
If you want to stay with our practice, we ask that go to our website to sign up or let us know at your next office visit. We are limiting our patient slots in order to provide a more personal and convenient primary care experience, and we are filling up quickly! If you are currently enrolled in a precision health program with Dr. Vickery or Dr. Jackson, you do not need to do this. Thank you to everyone who has shown their support in our mission to serve you in a better and more holistic way. As tough as this decision was to make, we know that this is the right direction for us, the future of our clinic, and for your overall health.
To our Medicare patients who are not planning to stay with our clinic, we have an exciting announcement to make:
Hopscotch Primary Care, a Medicare-only primary care clinic will be moving into our Suite 201 office space starting January 2024 (Suite 201 is the side of the practice where Dr. Jackson and Don Varos, PA work)! They have agreed to accept any Medicare patient we have looking to transfer care in 2024. I know it can be very difficult to find a primary care practice accepting Medicare right now, so I hope this will make the transition easier for many of our patients looking for a new medical home. The two doctors they have hired are excellent — you will be in good hands.

Our practice will eventually move into Suite 202 (the side where Dr. Vickery and Charley Messenger, PA work) starting in 2024.
Thank you again for the support as we make this transition.
